1. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

If you use our services, we are the controller for processing your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’). This means that we are able to determine the purposes for which and the means with which your personal data are processed. We consider it our responsibility to treat your data with the utmost care and confidentiality.

2.1 Job applicants, consultants, freelancer(s) or other people

We collect and process your data for the execution of our services , including staffing, secondment, payroll, recruitment & selection, in- and outsourcing. We process the information:

  • To correctly execute the agreement and/or terms and conditions of use that we have agreed with you;
  • To comply with legal obligation(s);
  • On the grounds of a legitimate interest which is in line with or results from the stated purpose. This will be done on the basis of a careful assessment and weighing up of interests;

2.2 Business relationships

We process personal data of persons working for companies with whom we do business and work for. We process personal data to:

  • To correctly execute the agreement and/or terms and conditions of use that we have agreed with you;
  • On the grounds of a legitimate interest which is in line with or results from the stated purpose. This will be done on the basis of a careful assessment and weighing up of interests;
  • Based on your consent;
  • Make offers for and/or provide information about our services;
  • To maintain and perform our business relationship.

Data from job applicants and freelancer(s)
If you apply for a vacancy or wish to make use of services upon registration, we collect the following data:

  • your name and surname;
  • address;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • date of birth;
  • curriculum vitae (including details of training, education, internships and work experience);
  • availability details;
  • data related to your salary.



At the time you can start working for a job we will collect:

  • your citizen service number (in Dutch “BSN-nummer”);
  • copy of your ID;
  • work-permit.



Special and/or sensitive personal data

We do not intend to collect data of our website visitors who are younger that 16 years of age, unless the parents or guardian granted permission for this data collection. However, we cannot check whether a website visitor is older than 16 years. For this reason, we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us using the contact details below. We will then make sure that this data will be deleted.



Cookies

Loxo International B.V. (‘’Loxo’) is a recruiting software. We use Loxo for processing the vacancies. We would like to inform you about the functioning of Loxo in a transparent manner and as completely as possible. Loxo processes the following data from you:

  • your name and contact details;

6. How long will your data be retained?

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. We determine the required retention period on the basis of laws and regulations and possible claim risks, with the principle that we do not retain data any longer than necessary.

If you did not work for us or via us and we are unable to offer you employment, we will continue to process your personal data for up 4 weeks after sending the rejection. In case of your consent, we may retain your personal data up to 1 year.

7. What rights do you have regarding data processing?

We would like to inform you of your rights concerning the collection and use of your data. Under European law, individuals have the right to:

  • Access their personal data
    Individuals have the right to access the personal data we collect and may obtain a copy of this data by contacting us.
