The portal shows all recruitment projects we are working on, and within a project, you have access to all profiles we are reaching out to, why we think they are a good fit, all interview reports and feedback from candidates. It gives tangible data that we can use to adjust strategy in case of a difficult-to-fill position
Yes, our temporary and contractor recruitment service is designed for agility, allowing you to scale up or down based on project milestones or peak periods.
Our inhouse can cover different things. For a studio with no or limited recruitment power, we can take full ownership of everything talent acquisition-related or click on to their team of recruiters to provide extra manpower.

Other recruiting projects we regularly do are salary benchmarking, ATS research and implementations, optimise candidate journeys, to name a few.
Yes, we offer reduced fees across several of our service models. 
It offers priority focus where your role becomes a top priority with dedicated resources and proactive engagement of "hidden" passive talent. Additionally, you will get 24/7 access to your client portal, in which you see all preselected candidates that are in process, including access to all interview reports, feedback and recommendations.
For Contingent Search, we submit two profiles within 5 working days. For Contractor roles, initial profiles are submitted within 3 working days.
As part of our Inhouse Services, we help position your organisation as an "employer of choice" to attract top talent. For our external services, we are very much aware that we are indirectly also representing your studio when reaching out and when we are in our communication with candidates.

Our services

We offer Retained Search, Contingent Search, Temporary and Contractor Recruitment, Executive Search and Inhouse Services.

It is a split fee: 1/3 on Go Ahead, 1/3 on Contract Sign, and 1/3 after the probation period.
