Understand the role

Screen & package

Every candidate is fully vetted before introduction. You receive a comprehensive submission package per profile: CV, portfolio links and our detailed interview report, so you have everything you need to make a fast, informed decision.

Submit & place

At least two strong profiles delivered within five working days. From there we support the process through to offer and placement. You only pay when a candidate is successfully placed.

Pricing is pay-on-success or a fixed flat fee, mapped to the seniority of the hire. Filling multiple roles? Volume reduces the fee. Payment terms include a split fee structure that works with your studio's cash flow.
